President to take effect Apl 3d 1866, he is hereby relieved from duty in the Bureau R.F. & A.L, State of Va._

II....So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Mary L. Lake, consisting of a lot of land, situated in the town of Hampton, Elizabeth City County, Va, is restored to her with all the rights and privileges of ownership, subject to the requirements of Par. 8, Cir. 15, Series 1865, War Department, Bureau R.F & A.L. and upon the following conditions, Viz:

1st The property will be restored to Mary L. Lake, upon the expiration of the lease to any third party, or parties, if any exists.

2nd That nothing in this order be construed, as entitling her to compensation for damages to the property, or rents which may have accrued.

III....So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of George Blow, Sr., consisting of a tract of land, situated in James City County, Va, is restored to him, with all his personal property, with all the rights and privileges of ownership, subject to the requirements of Par. 8, Cir. 15, Series 1865, War Department, Bureau R.F & A.L. and upon the following conditions, Viz:

1st The property will be restored to George Blow. Sr., upon the expiration of the lease to any third party, or parties, if any exists.

2nd That nothing in this order be

construed, as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property, or rents which may have accrued.

IV....So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Mrs. Rosetta W. Tunnel and her son William Tunnell, consisting of a tract, or tracts of land, situated in Accomac County, Va, is restored to them, with all the rights and privileges of ownership, subject to the requirements of Par. 8, Cir. 15, Series 1865, War Department, Bureau R.F and A.L. and upon the following conditions, Viz:

1st The property will be restored to Mrs. Rosetta W. Tunnell and her son, William Tunnell, upon the expiration of the lease to any third party, or parties, if any exists.

2nd That nothing in this order be construed, as entitling her to compensation for damages to the property, or rents which may have accrued.

V....The following named Officers having reported in compliance with Par. 2, S.O. 57, C.S. War Dept, Bureau R.F. & A.L. are hereby ordered to report in person, without delay, to Bvt. Maj. B.C. Carter, A.Q.M. & Supt., 8th Dist, Wytheville, Va, for assignment to duty.
