II. . . . Lt Col Horace Neide, Inspector General, Bureau R.F. and A.L., Va., will at once proceed to inspect the condition of Bureau affairs in the 4th, 6th and 7th Districts, Bureau R.F. and A.L., Va., - the same having been completed he will return to these Head Quarters without delay.

III. . . Capt. James H. Remmington, V.R.C. having reported to these Head Qrs, in obedience to Par. 1, S.O. 79, C.S. from this Office, is hereby assigned to duty as Superintendent of the 6th Dist., Bureau R.F. & A.L., Head Qrs at Winchester, Va., relieving Bvt. Maj. W.S. How, A.Q.M., who will turn over to him all Bureau & Q.M. Property in his possession. -

I. Lt Col Garrick Mallery, Inspector 13th & 9th Districts Bureau R.F. & A.L. Va will proceed to Petersburg, & City Point, Va., for the purpose of investigating the charges made against B.R. Nelson.

After attending to this he will return to these Head Quarters.

II. . . So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of George D. Wise, deceased, consisting of a tract of land, called
