"Woodbourne", situated in Accomac County, Va, is restored to John J. Wise and the other heirs, with all the rights and privileges of ownership, subject to the requirements of Par. 8, Cir.15, Series 1865, War Department, Bureau R.F. and A.L., and upon the following conditions Viz: 

1st. The property will be restored to John J. Wise and the other heirs, upon the expiration of the lease to any third party, or parties, if any exists.

2nd. That nothing in this order be construed as entitling the heirs to compensation for damages to the property or to rents which may have accrued.
 
III... So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of G.G. Garrison and wife, consisting of a house and lot, situated on Crabb Street, Portsmouth, Va, is restored to them with all the rights and privileges of ownership, upon the following conditions. Viz: 

1st. The property will be restored to G.G. Garrison and wife, upon expiration of the lease to any third party, or parties, if any exists.

2nd. That nothing in this order be construed as entitling them to compensation for damages to the property, or to rents which may have accrued.

So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Mr. Charles Brown, consisting of a certain Steam Saw Mill and its appurtenances, situated on Queen's Creek, in the County of  Matthews, Virginia, is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership, upon the following conditions - Viz: 

1st. the property will be restored to Charles Brown, upon the expiration of the lease to any third party, or parties, if any exists.

2nd. That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property, or to rents which may have accrued.

Wood, consisting of a tract of land, known as "Oakland", situated in the County of Elizabeth City, Va, is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership, subject to the requirements of Par 8, Cir. 15, Series 1865, and upon the following conditions - Viz: 

1st. The property will be restored to W.E. Wood, upon the expiration of the lease to any third party, or parties, if any exists.
 
2nd. that nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property, or to rents which may have accrued.
