128. June 14, 1866. Special Orders No. 95. II. Capt A.S Flagg A.Q.M. is hereby relieved from duty as Supt. of 1st District, Bureau R.F. & A.L., State of Va, he having been mustered out of service. III Capt Wm. P. Austin 13" V.R.C, is hereby assigned to duty as Supt. of 1st Dist. State of Va, Head Quarters at Norfolk Va, to relieve Capt A.S. Flagg. A.Q.M. who will turn over to him all Quartermaster's stores, Camp and Garrison Equipage, Bureau Property and Funds, as also all books and papers appertaining to his office. III. Quartermaster's Funds will be turned over under the direction of Bvt. Brig. Genl W.L. James, Chf Q.M. Dept of Va. By order of Maj. Gen. A.H. Terry Asst. Com'r. H. Neide Lt. Col. Inspt & A.A.A.G. State of Va, he having been mustered out of service. II. Capt George P. Sherwood 13th V.R.C. is hereby assigned to duty as Supt of 8" Dist Bureau R.F. & A.L. State of Va. Head Quarters at Wytheville Va. to relieve Capt & Brevt Maj Carter, who will turn over to him all Quartermasters Stores, Camp and Garrison Equipage.
