Bureau R.F. & A.L. and upon the following conditions, viz First. The property will be restored to Mary A. Crumbaker upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties if any exists. Schreiner, Surg De Lamater [[/left margin]] In cases when the immediate surrender of animals as required by General Orders No 11, current series, Head Quarters, Department of the Potomac, would subject the parties holding them to serious inconvenience, the officer having authority to receive the animals may permit the parties now holding them to retain them until orders shall be given for their final disposition.But in all such cases the animals will be reported to these Head Quarters as if they had been surrendered.
