Allen Davis
Bureau extends over it, the property of Allen Davis consisting of a tract of land containing one hundred and forty acres, more or less, situated in the county of York, Va. is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership, subject to the requirements of Par 8, Cir 15. Series 1865. War Department Bureau R. F. and A.L., and upon the following conditions viz.

1st. The property will be restored to Allen Davis upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties if any exists.

2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property, or to rents which may have accrued.

IV. So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Joseph C Taylor consisting of a tract of land containing fifty acres, more or less Known as "Jenkins Farm," situated in Norfolk Co. Va. is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership subject to the requirements of Par 8. Cir 15, Series 1865. War Department Bureau R.F. and A.L. and upon the following conditions viz:-

1st. The property will be restored to Joseph C. Taylor, upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties if any exists.

2nd. That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property, or to rents which may have accrue.

extends over it, the property of W.U. Berkeley, consisting of a tract of land containing Five hundred acres, more or less, situated in the County of Prince William, Va, is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership subject to the requirements of Par 9. Cir 15 Series 1865. War Dept. Bureau R.F. and A.L. and upon the following conditions viz.

1st. the property will be restored to W.U. Berkeley upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties if any exists.

2nd. That nothing in this order be construed as entitling the owner to compensation for damages to the property or to suits which may have accrued.

II. So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Chas. F. Fadely consisting of a tract of land containing three hundred acres, more or less. called the "Home Farm" of Sanford T. Ramey, situated in the County of Loudon, Va. is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership, subject to the requirements of Par. 8. Cir 15. Series 1865, War Dept. Bureau R. F. and A. L. and upon the following conditions, viz.
1st The property will be restored to Chas. F. Fadely, upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties if any exists

2nd. That nothing is this order be construed as entitling him to compensation of damages to the property, or to rents which may have been accrued.

III. 1st Lieut Isaac P. Wodell, V.R.C. is hereby relieved from duty as Asst. Sup't of the Counties of Campbell and Appomattox

IV. 2nd Lieut. Louis N. Stevenson, V.R.C. will in addition to his duties as Asst Supt of the Counties of Nelson and Amherst, Va assume charge of the Counties of Campbell and Appomattox. and will move his Head Quarters to Lynchburg, Va.
