II. Bv't. Maj. Geo. Q. White, Captain and A.Q M. chief Q.M. and Financial Agent Bureau R.F. and A L. Dept. of the Potomac. will proceed to Petersburg, Va. for the purpose of examining affairs connected with this Bureau.

The same having been completed he will return to these Head Quarters without delay.

No. 10.

I. So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Samuel Gover consisting of a house and lot situated in the town of Leesburg Loudon County. Va. is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership, subject to the requirements of Par 8. Cir 15. Series 1865 war Dept. Bureau, R.F. and A.L. and upon the following conditions viz.

1st The property will be restored to Samuel Gover upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties if any exists.

2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property or to rents which may have accrued-

II. So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Mrs Mary Smith. consisting of a Tract of land, containing 150. acres, more or less, situated in the County of Loudoun. Va. is restored to her with all the rights and privileges of ownership, subject to requirements of Par. 8. Cir 15, Series 1865. War Dept. Bureau R.F and A.L. and upon the following condition viz

1st The property will be restored to Mrs Mary Smith upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties if any exists.
