extends over it, the property of the Norfolk Building Funds Association, known in the records of this office as belonging to Elisha Johnson, consisting of two lots of land, with buildings thereon, situated nos. 24 and 26 Brewer St in the city of Norfolk, Va. is restored to A. L. Hill President N.B.F.A. with all the rights and privileges of ownership upon the following conditions viz.

1st The property will be restored to A. L. Hill President upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties if any exists.

2nd. That nothing in this order is construed as entitling the owners to compensation for damages for the property or rents which may have accrued.

I.. So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Wm Bragg, deceased, consisting of a lot of land situated at City Point, Prince George County, Va. is restored to David May, administrator, with all the rights and privileges of ownership upon the following conditions, viz.

1st The property will be restored to David May administrator upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties, if any exists.

2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling the owners to compensation for damages on the property, or to rents which may have accrued.

I.. So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of W. I. Messick, consisting of a house and lot situated on Charlotte Street in the city of Norfolk, Va. is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership upon the following conditions, viz.:

1st The property will be restored to W. J. Messick upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties, if any exists.

2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling the owners to compensation for damages on the property, or to rents which may have accrued.
