II. So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it the property of Mrs Mary W. Marlow consisting of a tract of land situated in the County of Loudon, Va. is restored to her with all the rights and privileges of ownership, subject to the requirements of Par. 8 Cir 15 series 1865 War Department, Bureau R. F. and A. L. and upon the following conditions viz
1. The property will be restored to Mrs M. W. Marlow upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties, if any exists
2. That nothing in this order be construed as entitling her to compensation for damages to the property or to rents which may have accrued.

I. So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it the property of Lewis Parrish consisting of a house and lot situated in Crabb St in the City of Portsmouth, Va. is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership upon the following conditions viz.
1st The property will be restored to Lewis Parrish upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties if any exist.
2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property or to rents which may have accrued.

The Freedmens Savings and Trust Company is recognised by this Bureau as a responsible corporation and legally organized under an act of Congress, approved March 3rd 1865, and is believed to be perfectly safe. All its profits are divided among the depositors. It is earnestly recommended to the Freedmen of this state as a suitable depository for their savings and surplus earnings 

Officers and agents of this Bureau will explain to the Freedmen the objects and aim of the Company, and aid them in forwarding their deposits to its authorized agents. 

The agents of the Company in this state are H. C. Percey Cashier, Norfolk, Va. and Charles Spencer. Cashier Richmond, Va.
