Wooldridge [[/left margin]] I...As far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, this property of A. S. Wooldridge, deceased, consisting of a tract of land, situated in the Gravity of Powhatair, Va. is restored to the heirs, with all the rights and privileges of ownership subject to the requirements of Par 8, Cir. 15, Series 1865, War Department, Bureau R.F. and A.S. and upon the following conditions, viz: 1st The property will be restored to the heirs upon the expiration of the lease to any third party, or parties, if any exists. 2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling the heirs to compensation for damages to the property to rents which may have accrued._ [[left margin]] Genl Howard Maj. Marlow, known on the land records of this office, as the property of James Adams, and numbered 41 in Circular No.1 Land Department Bureau R.F. and A.S. War Department, Series 1865, consisting of a small tract of land situated in the county, of Sondown, Pa, is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership, subject to the requirements of Par, 8, Cir. 15, Series of 1865, War Department Bureau R.F. and A.S. and upon the following conditions, viz: 1st The property will be restored to E.G. Marlow, upon the expiration of the law to any third party, or parties, if any exists. 2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entailing him to compensation for damages
