I. The counties of Loudoun, Fauquier and Prince William Va. are hereby detached from the 4th Dist. Bureau R. F. & A. Lands.
1st Lieut Newton Whitten 6th (V.R.C.) A.A.Q.M. Bureau R. F. and A. L. at Alexandria Va, will receipt to Bvt. Maj. W. R. Morse, Supt. 4th. Dist Bureau R. F. & A. L. at Gordonsville, Va, for all Quartermasters and Bureau Property and Lands in the above mentioned Counties.

II. The Counties of Loudoun, Fauquier, Prince William, Fairfax and Alexandria will hereafter be known as the 10th District, Bureau R. F. and A. Lands, State of Va.

III. Capt. S. P. Lee 45th U.S.I. (V.R.C.) is hereby appointed Superintendent of the 10th Dist. Bureau R. F. and A. Lands, State of Va. with his Head Quarters at Alexandria Va.

All officers of the Bureau on duty in this District, will report by letter to Captain Lee.

I.  So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of John R. Ludlow, consisting of a house and lot situated on the corner of Bute and Catherine Streets in the City of Norfolk, Va., is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership, subject to the following conditions - viz: 

1st The property will be restored to John R. Ludlow
