[[/margin note]] I.. General S. C. Armstrong, Agent in charge, of 5th Sub. Dist, Va., will proceed, without delay, to Richmond, Va., on duty for this Bureau, the same being completed he will return to his station. ___ [[margin note]] Maj. Genl. Howard Capt. Garrick Mallery Genl. Armstrong. Lt. M. S. Reed Capt. F.J. Massey. [[/margin note]] II. . Captain Garrick Mallery, 43rd U.S.I., Acting Inspector Gen'l, Bureau R.F. & A.L., Va., will proceed to the Counties of Elizabeth City and York, Va, for the purpose of inspecting Bureau affairs, with reference to complaints made against officers of this Bureau. The same being completed, he will return to these Head Quarters, without delay. O Brown Bvt. Brig. Gen'l Vols. Asst. Com'r ___ 83 Bureau of Refugees, Freedman and Abandoned Lands, Hd Q'rs Asst. Com'r, Ste of Va., Richmond, Va., June 24th, 1867. Special Order } No 70. } [[margin note]] Maj. Genl. Howard Mr. Webber. [[/margin note]] II. . Mr. E. M. Webber, Inspector of this Bureau will proceed to Alexandria, Va., for the purpose of investigating affairs connected with the Bureau at that place.
