Webber, Inspector of this Bureau, will proceed, without delay, to inspect Bureau affairs in the Counties of New Kent, King Wm., King and Queen, Essex, Middlesex, Richmond, Lancaster, Westmoreland, and Northumberland, the same being completed, he will return to these Head Quarters.___ [[margin note]] Maj. Genl. Howard Capt. Garrick Mallery [[/margin note]] II. . Capt. Garrick Mallery, Actg. Inspector Gen'l, will proceed without delay, to Petersburg, Suffolk, Norfolk and the Counties of Matthews and Gloucester, for the purpose of inspecting affairs connected with the Bureau at these places, the same being completed he will return to these Head Quarters.___ [[margin note]] Maj. Higgs, V.R.C, having reported for duty in compliance with S.O, 83, par. 2. - C.S., Hd. Q'rs War Dept., Bureau R.F. & A.L, is hereby assigned to duty as Asst. Sub. Asst. Commissioner of Albemarle County, Va., with his Head Quarters at Charlottesville Va, in place of Cap't. W.L. Tidball, V.R.C., relieved from duty in this State.___ Lieut.
