I.. The Bureau Courts established in Elizabeth City and York Counties, Va., under instructions from these Head Quarters, dated June 9th and July 5th 1866, are hereby dissolved.

The Asst. Sub. Asst. Commissioner in charge of the above named Counties, will act under their Authority as Military Commissioners, conferred by General Orders Nos 31 and 33, C. S, Head Quarters First Military District, State of Va.,
