I .  .  A Board to consist of the following named officers, is hereby appointed to meet at the Head Quarters, without delay, for the purpose of establishing the rents of buildings levied by this Bureau. The requirements of Circular No. 2, C.S., War Dept., Bureau R.F. and A.L., will be fully carried out, viz:

The Asst. Sub. Asst. Commissioners of the Bureau in this *District, will in their next monthly report of Bureau affairs under Cir. No. 6., Series 1866, and in each of their subsequent reports, under the same, make full reports of all that has been done by them, under the requirements of "Circular letter" from the Major General Commissioner, dated May 15th 1867, of which an official copy has been furnished from these Head Quarters, and will further report the condition of the freedmen within their jurisdiction with regard to their temperance.
