Lee [[/left margin]] I.. The conditions of "Circular Letter" from the War Dept., Bureau R.F. and A.L. dated February 8th 1867, having been fully met, Captain S.L. Lee, Sub-Asst. Comr, 10th Sub-Dist, Va., will drop from his "Land Report", the property of Mr. Charles Jamieson, known as the "ruins of an old mill," situated in Alexandria, Va.,_ [[left margin]] Maj. Genl. Howard Maj. Stone Lt. Connelly [[/left margin]] II.. Leave of absence, to go out of this State, is hereby granted to the following named Officer, for twenty (20) days, upon condition, that this leave be taken advantage of immediately, viz:_ 2nd Lt. So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Mr. V.P. Corbett, known on the land records of this office as the property of Mrs. Hunter, consisting of a tract of land situated in the County of Alexandria, Va., is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership subject to the requirements of Par. 8. Cir. 15, Series 1865, War Dept., Bureau R.F. and A.L., and upon the following conditions viz:_ 1st. The property will be restored to Mr. V. P. Corbett, upon the expiration of the lease to any third party, or parties, if any exists. 2nd That nothing in his order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property, or to rents which may have accrued.
