I...So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Wm. Thomas Williamson, known on the Land records of this Office as the property of Wm Williamson, consisting of a house and lot, situated on Granby Street, in the City of Norfolk, Va., is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership upon the following conditions, viz:-

1st. The property will be restored to Wm. Thomas Williamson upon the expiration of the lease to any third party, or parties, if any exists- 

2nd. That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property or to rents which may have accrued.-

Officers and Agents of this Bureau are hereby notified, that by direction of the Maj. Genl. Commissioner, the issue of the supplies to destitutes under the "Congressional Appropriation Fund" will be reduced to the lowest possible amounts, and that this issue will be entirely discontinued after August 20th, 1867.
