Butts as Agent of this Bureau having been revoked, he is hereby relieved from the charge of King William County, Va., and will turn over to his successor Mr. C. P. Goodyear, Agent, all Books and Papers relating to Bureau affairs in the above mentioned County.- [[Left margin]] Maj. Genl. Howard. Surg. De Lamatre. Maj. White. Lt. Schreiner Lt. Hambrick Mr. Goodyear. [[/Left margin]] II...Mr. C.P. Goodyear having been appointed an Agent of this Bureau is hereby assigned to duty as Agent in charge of the County of King William, Va., with his Head Quarters at King William Court House, Va., relieving Mr. Frank A. Butts, from whom he will receive all books and paper relating to Bureau affairs in the above named County.- Mr. Goodyear will report in person to Lt. Paul R. Hambrick, 45th U.S. Infty, Actg.
