I.. So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Patrick Parks, (known on the Land records of this office as the property, of Wm. Parks), consisting of a house and lot, situated on King Street, Portsmouth, Va. is restored to him, with all the rights and privileges of ownership upon the following conditions, viz:-

1st The property will be restored to Patrick Parks, upon the expiration of the lease, to any third party or parties if any exists.-

2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property, or to rents which may have accrued.-

I.. Captain George B. Carse, 45th U.S.I, having been relieved from duty in the Bureau in this State, will turn over to his successor, 1st Lieut. A. Mahoney, 45th U.S.I. all books and papers relating to Bureau affairs in the County of Pittsylvania, Va.,-

II. 1st Lieut. A. Mahoney, 45th U.S.I., having reported for duty, in compliance with Par. 2. S.O. 115, C.S. War Dept., Bureau R.F. and A.L, is hereby assigned to duty as A.S.A. Comr, in charge of the County of Pittsylvania, with his Head Quarters at Danville, Va., relieving Capt. Geo. B. Carse, 45th U.S.I, from whom he will receive all books and papers relating to Bureau affairs in the above named County-

Lt. Mahoney will report in person to Capt. R.S. Lacey, Agent in charge, 7th Sub. Dist. at Lynchburg, Va., for further instructions-
