I.. Captain  Gilbert R. Chandler, V.R.C. A.S.A. Comr, in charge of the 1st Division, 9th Sub-Dist. Va comprising the counties of Frederick and Clark, having been mustered out of service, is hereby relieved from duty in this Bureau and will transfer to Capt. Jno. A. McDonnell V.R.C. all Books and papers connected with Bureau affairs in the above named Counties.

I.. 1st Lieut Newton Whitten, V.R.C. is hereby relieved from duty in the 10th Sub-District Bureau R.F and A.L. of Va. and will transfer to Bvt Lieut Col: S.P. Lee, Capt. U.S.A. Sub-A. Comr 10th Sub-Dist. Va, all books, papers, and property pertaining to this Bureau, for which he is accountable taking receipts therefore. After turning over his property &c Lieut Whitten will report in person to these Head Quarters for assignment to duty.-
