130 Bureau R. F and A. Lands Head Qrs: Asst Comr. of District of Virginia Richmond Va Oct 12th 1867. Special Order No 109. [[left margin]] Genl Howard R.M. Manly [[/left margin]] I.. R. M. Manly, Esqr Supt of Education for the Bureau in this District, will proceed to Norfolk, Va, to ascertain and report upon the desirability of building a School House for the use of the "Episcopal Freedmans Commission," at that place. On the completion of this duty, he will return to these Head Quarters. O Brown Bvt. Brig. General Vols, Asst. Comr. 131 Bureau R. F and A. Lands, Hd. Qrs. Asst. Comr. of Dist. of Virginia. Richmond, Va. Oct 18th 1867. Special Order. No 110. [[left margin]] Genl Howard, Col. Lee [[/left margin]] I.. Bvt. Lieut. Col. S.P. Lee, Captain 45th U.S. Infantry, Sub-Asst. Comr, 10th Sub-Dist. Va, Bureau R. F and A. Lands, Dist. of Va, will proceed to Richmond, Va, on duty for this Bureau. The same being completed he will return to his station. O Brown. Bvt. Brig. Genl. Vols Asst. Comr, [[left margin]] Genl Howard, Capt. Mallery [[/left margin]] II.. Captain Garrick Mallery, 43rd U.S.I. Bvt. Major U.S.A. A.A.A General & Act I. Genl Bureau R.F and, A. L. Dist. of Virginia is hereby relieved form duty in this Bureau, and will proceed to join his regiment in compliance with par, 4. S.O. 452. Hd. Qrs of the Army A.G.O. Washington Sept. 25th 1867.
