I.. Under authority contained in Cir. No 1. C.S. War Department, Bureau R.F and A. Lands. Amending Par. 1 of Article 2. Bureau Officers Manusl, R.S. Lacy Agent in charge of 7th Sub-Dist. Bureau R.F and A. L. Dist. of Virginia, is hereby appointed, Actg. Asst. Quartermaster.

This appointment is made for the special purpose, of enabling Mr. Lacy to sign and receipt "Bills of Lading" in transmitting Bureau Stores.

II.. 2nd Lieut. B.C. Cook. V.R.C. Bvt. Capt. U.S. Vols, is hereby appointed to fill the vacancy in Board, established by S.O. No 76. par 2. C.S. from these Head Quarters, caused by the relief of Capt. Garrick Mallery, Bvt. Major U.S.A. from duty in this Bureau.

III.. Mr. E. M. Webber, Inspector of this Bureau, will proceed to Farmville Va, Via Petersburg, for the purpose of conferring with Bvt Lt. Col. Jno. W. Jordan. A.S.A Comr. in regard to the transfer of the patients in Freedmans Hospital at that place to the civil authorities. 

After performing this duty he will return to these Headquarters.
