I. . Leave of absence, to go out of this Dist, is hereby granted to the following named Officers of this Bureau for six (6) days, viz:-

I. . In addition to his present duties Captain George. Q. White, Chief Q.M & D.O, will assume the duties of acting 
commissary of subsistence for the Bureau in this District.

II. . So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Robert Lively, deceased (known of the Land records as the property of Miss Lively) consisting of a lot of land situated in the town of Hampton, Elizabeth City County, Va, is restored to William Lowry, Administration with all the rights and privileges of ownership upon the following conditions.

Viz:-
1st The property will be restored to William Lowry upon the expiration of the lease to any third party, or parties, if any exists.

2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling the heir to compensation for damages to the property, or to rent which may have accrued.

III. . Mr Newton Whitten is hereby relived from duty in this Bureau as Agent in charge of the 3rd Division, 11th Sub-District, Va., (comprising the County of Mecklenburg, Va., and will turn over to his successor Mr George. W. Graham, all books and papers relating to Bureau affairs in the above named Division.
