I..  Edmund. M. Webber, Inspector, Bureau R.F.&A.L, Dist. of Va., will proceed without delay to Petersburg, Burksville, Halifax, Danville, Martinsville, Clarksville (Mecklenburg Co), Lawrenceville and Hicksford, Va., for the purpose of inspecting the affairs of this Bureau at those places._ This duty being performed, he will return to these Head Quarters.
