I.  Mr Alvin Varner of Appomattox County Va, will proceed to these Head Quarters, without delay, on business connected with outrage committed on him, and freedmen, by armed men in disguise, on the night of August 28th 1868._

II.  Charles P. Goodyear, AS.A. Comr 3d Division, 3d Sub District will proceed to New Kent Court House, for the purpose of attending the monthly meeting of the County Court to be held on the 10th September 1868._ This duty being performed he will return to his Station._

III.  Samuel F. Maddox, AS.A.C. 4th Division, 3d Sub District will in addition to his present duty take charge of the County of Powahatan it having been added to his Division_

IV.  J. B. Clinton, A.S.A.C. 5th Div: 2nd Sub. District is relieved from charge of the County of Powhatan; it having been transferred to the 3d Sub. District and will in addition to Amelia County, take charge of Cumberland County, it having been added to his Division._

V.  Charles E. Zincke AS.AC. is hereby relieved from the charge Cumberland County, it having been transferred to the 2d Sub. District._
