3. That tract of land formerly owned by Charles F. Sibbs situated in Loudon County and State of Virginia, three miles north east of Aldie, containing three hundred (300) acres, more or less, bounded on the North by land of Roberts; on the East by lands of Samuel Rush; on the South by lands of Charles Reticor; on the West by the road leading to Oatland Mills.

4. That tract of land formerly owned by Burr P. Noland, situated in Loudon County and State of Virginia, north-east from Aldie, bounded on the North by the road leading from the Carolina road to the Red Hill School House; on the East by lands of John F. Allan, and Thomas W. Ayers, S. Romlius Fergusson, and John. T. Lightfoot.

5. That tract of land formerly owned by John F. Simpson, situated in Loudoun County and State of Virginia, two miles south of Aldie, containing two hundred (200) acres, more or less, bounded on the East by land of - Elgin; on the North by land of Sanford Rogers; on the West by land of N. Berkley.
