Ramey situated in Loudoun[[strikethrough]]u[[/strikethrough]] County and State of Virginia, on Catoctin Creek, two miles north-west from Waterford, containing thirty (30) acres of woodland, more or less, bounded on the East by land of Henry Russell; on the North, West, and South by land of Curtis Grubb.

12. That house and lot formerly owned by Sanford J. Ramey, situated in Leesburg, in Loudoun[[strikethrough]]u[[/strikethrough]] County and State of Virginia, bounded on the East by King Street; on the North and West by land of Henry G. Harrison; on the South by land of George Ryom.

13. That tract of land formerly owned by Sanford J. Ramey, situated in Loudoun[[strikethrough]]u[[/strikethrough]] County and State of Virginia, two miles west of the Waterford and Wellsboro road, containing three hundred (300) acres, more or less, bounded on the South by land of A.S. Braden; on the East by land of J.E. Walker; on the North by the Hillsboro road; on the West by lands of Joseph Pusey.
