State of Virginia, three miles northwest of Waterford, near S.E. Luckett's store, containing three hundred and thirty (330) acres, more or less, bounded on the North by land of S.C. Luckett; on the West by land of Baker; on the South by land of John R. Schooley; and on the East by the road leading from Isaac Hough's Factory to the Cross Road School House.

15. That tract of land formerly owned by Josiah White and Thomas White, situated in Loudoun [[strikethrough]] u [[/strikethrough]] County and State of Virginia, three miles east of Hillsboro, containing three hundred acres (300) acres, more or less, bounded on the North by land of David Warefield and others; on the East by the public highway; on the South by lands of _ McDonald and others; on the West by the public highway.

16. That tract of land formerly owned by Turner McDaniel, situated in Loudoun [[strikethrough]] u [[/strikethrough]] County and State of Virginia, one mile south of Wheatland Post Office, on the Loudoun and Berlin Turnpike, bounded on the South by land of B. Bram; on the West by De Butt's farm; on the North by the White farm; on the East by land of N.B. Peacock.

17. That tract of land formerly owned by James Whitman and Joseph Whitman, situated in Loudoun [[strikethrough]] u [[/strikethrough]] County and State of Virginia,
