That tract of land formerly owned by Edmund Berkley, situated in Prince Williams County and State of Virginia, seven miles southwest of Aldie, containing one thousand eight hundred (1800) acres, more or less, bounded on the North by lands of Norbaum Berkley and Bailey J. Ewell; on the East by lands of George Norris and Mrs. Gallagher; on the South by lands of Pratt and Foly; on the West by line of Fauquier County.

That tract of land formerly owned by Benjamin Johnson, situated in Prince William's County and State of  Virginia, containing seventy-five (75) acres, more or less, bounded on the North by Sherman's estate; on the East by land of F. A. Wheedon; on the South by lands of Mrs. Cockerille and Mrs. Johnson. 

177. That tract of land formerly owned by Benjamin Johnson, situated in Prince William's County and State of Virginia, bounded on the East by land of H. J. Weir; on the North by land of __ Reese and W. G. Godfrey, and Predman's estate; on the South by Sherman's estate.
