2. Brevet Captain Henry Marcotte, 2d Lieutenant, 22d Regiment Veteran Reserve Corps, is hereby mustered out and honorably discharged the service of the United States, to date November 23d, 1866, on account of his services being no longer required. This Order will not carry travelling allowances. He will receive no final payments, until he shall have satisfied the Pay Department that he is not indebted to the Government.
