5. The following officers of the Veteran Reserve Corps are hereby mustered out and honorably discharged of the service of the United States, on account of their services being no longer required, with condition that they shall receive no final payments, until they shall have satisfied the Pay Department that they are not indebted to the Government:-
Captain George H. Brannix, 21st Regiment
