SPECIAL ORDERS, No. 315
(Extract.) 

3. By direction of the President, upon the recommendation of the Judge Advocate General, so much of Special Orders, No.112, Paragraph 10, March 18th, 1866, from this Office, as mustered out 2d Lieutenant Charles W. Hite, 18th Regiment Veteran Reserve Corps, is hereby revoked, and he is honorably discharged the service of the United States, upon his tender resignation, as of the date of the aforesaid order, with condition that he shall receive no final payments, until he has satisfied the Pay Department that he is not indebted to the Government.
