7. 1st Lieutenant James Joyes, Veteran Reserve Corps, is hereby relieved from duty with the Bureau of Refugees, Freedmen and Abandoned Lands, and will be governed by the instructions to officers of the Veteran Reserve Corps, heretofore promulgated from the War Department.
