1.  The General Court Martial convened at Fort Whipple, Va., in Special Orders No 56. from these Head Quarters, dated June 4th 1867. of which Brevet Lieutenant Colonel Francis Beach, Captain 4th U.S. Artillery, is President, will re-convene at Fort Whipple, Va., on Monday the 1st day of July proximo, at 10 o'clock A.M. or as soon thereafter as practicable, for the connection of the proceedings of the Court in the case of Private Ignatius Malen. Company "F" 4th U.S. Artillery, and for the trial of such other cases as may be properly ordered before it._
