10.  By direction of the Secretary of War, the following named officers of U. S. Colored Troops are hereby mustered out and honorably discharged the service of the United States, to take effect January 1st, 1868, on account of their services being no longer required. They will receive no final payments, until they shall have satisfied the Pay Department that they are not indebted to the Government:—

Brevet Brigadier-General Orlando Brown, Colonel, 24th Regiment.
