9.  By direction of the Secretary of War, so much of Special Orders No. 515, Paragraph 10, December 9th, 1867, from this Office, as mustered out Brevet Brigadier-General Orlando Brown, Colonel, 24th U. S. Colored Troops, is hereby revoked, he being a disbursing officer and his name having been inadvertently omitted from the list of said officers furnished by the Freedmen's Bureau for retention in service.
