27. WAR DEPARTMENT, Bureau Refugees, Freedmen, and Abandoned Lands, Washington, July 16 1867. SPECIAL ORDERS, No. 105. Extract. III Capt. G.R. Chandler, V.R.C. is hereby relieved from duty in the State of Virginia. He will, upon the arrival of his relief, proceed to Tallahassee Florida and report for duty to Bvt. Brig. Genl. J.T. Sprague, Assistant Commissioner Bureau R.F. and A.L. for that State. By order of Major-General O. O. HOWARD, Commissioner. (Copy sent Chandler July 17th/67) F.D.
