II  Capt. George B. Carse, V.R.C. (Bvt. Col. U.S.V.) is hereby relieved from duty in the State of Virginia.
He will, upon the arrival of his relief, proceed to Jacksonville Florida and report for duty to Bvt. Brig. Genl. J. T. Sprague, Asst. Commissioner, Bureau R.F. & A.L. for that State.
