A.S.A.C. of the 6th Sub District will make an inspection of their respective Divisions - with reference to furnishing a report to these Headquarters to the following questions. Viz:

I  The number of buildings (if any) erected by the Freedmen for school purposes - that may be ready to occupy by the first day of October 1867

II  What suitable rooms or buildings (if any) that can be rented for school purposes - giving - locality- capacity- cost of repairs- rent per month and owners Name

III  Probable  number of pupils for day school

IV  The number of teachers required for above- what salary- per session- or per scholar would be paid by the freedmen

Give any additional information that may suggest itself with reference to the above enquiries

This report to be made and forwarded on the 31st day of the present month (August)
