Special Orders No 5

IV .. So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the Estate of Armistead Houghton, consisting of a tract of land situated in the County of Warwick, Va.,  is restored to the County Clerk of the County Court of said County, to be held in trust for the lawful heirs, with all the rights and privileges of ownership, subject to the requirements of Par. 8, Cir. No 15 Series of 1865, War Dept Bureau R.F.&A.L., and upon the following conditions. viz:-
 
1st The property is turned over to the Clerk of the County Court of Warwick Co. Va., upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties if any exists.-
2d That nothing in this order be construed as entitling them to compensation for damages to the property or to rents which may have accrued.-
