I certify, that (6) six bales of my cotton has been attached by the freedman Isham and other who wishes to have Mr W. H Tribette appointed their reciever, to save them for their wages. I have no other means in the world to pay them and I hope you will issue the order to have it sold at once for fear other parties will seize it
