In the event of a racial program within the United States, Africa would find it virtually impossible to escape from getting involved.
  The interests of Afro-Americans in repatriation are self-evident. If in America the black man is felt to be a repatriation are self-evident. If in America the black man is felt to be a redundant Labor commodity, his skills on the African continent would be a valuable asset. In broader human terms, the unfettered Afro-American would have an opportunity to work and contribute in an atmosphere devoid of the absurdities of skin pigment. In such a setting he could expect to contribute and develop his potential to the maximum not because he is loved not because he is black but because he is needed, qualified, and respected.
  For the American Establishment, the financial and mental burden of black containment can only spiral upwards. Private property and the "American way of life," highly cherished and zealously guarded symbols in the gestalt of white America, are anathemas to the black disinherited: symbols which they feel must be destroyed. If there is any lingering doubt, it must be made abundantly clear to the Establishment that the institutions of technical proficiency on which they place such a high premium are threatened with imminent destruction.
  If the case for overriding interests has validity and each of the parties in this unholy triangle are convinced of this validity, then there is a basis for a planned and logically graduated program of voluntary repatriation.
