Forwards report of Bureau Affairs. All freedmen who are able are at work.  There is a better state of feeling existing than last month.  The citizens are opposed to providing for schools for freedmen.  The freedmen adhere to their contracts.  Has issued no rations in the month.  The freedmen suffer from not having medical aid near.
