Read of this place was forwarded through me with letter of March the 10 66 to the Surgeon in Charge of the Hospital at Gordonsville, but no answer has been returned yet.
   I Case of Parker, charged with having killed a colorerd men last year, and who was tried last week by circiut Court of this County, and clear by decision of the jurry. You will find find a report make in purpose and in accordance to Circular No 10 dated March the 10 1866.
   The New Law issued by the Assemble of Virginia, when not yet well understood, will assist this Bureau a good [[?]], and this people although not willing to vergil the old circumstances will submid to the new order of things.
