Capt,
I have the honor to report that the Freedmen of Prince George Co. are orderly, and working well. Although under unfavorable circumstances, in many cases, as they are working for a portion of the Crop, and had but very little to convince labor with.
I regret that a disposition is being shown by several White Planters of this County, now that the crops made by Freedmen are to be harvested, to find fault without any just.
