Reports in complance with Circular No 6 c.s. The feeling existing between the whites and freedmen has been very good.  That the civil authorities have been notified they will be required to see to destitute but as yet have taken no action.
Those in Barracks as their  post if turned out cannot live That those who worked  well will have enough to live comfortably through the winter.
