   I have the honor to report that the condition of Bureau Affairs is about the same as at last Report.
   I am informed that in certain sections of the County, the corn crop is almost a failure. This calamity will fall heavily on the Freedmen who were working crops for themselves or were working on shares. 
   The Sanitary condition of the Freedmen living in the Country  is good. Cholera Morbus is again making its appearance in Manchester. There are at present several cases. the Board of Health is making every effort to check the disease + express the belief that it will not become wide-spread.
