Respectfully returned Mr Hardy is a gentleman of considerable wealth. and I cannot understand how suc a person could have livd within the lines of the "Confederacy" and not "have rendered aid and encouragement to the rebellion" I therefore think the property was abandoned

Under existing orders it will be necessary for the other parties to obtain the Presidents Pardon. if they are of the excepted classes before the property can be restored.
