Reports in compliance with Cir No 6. of date Jan'y 29 1866. there has nothing of interest transpired to report since his last. The feeling toward the freedmen is the same, which is very unfriendly. The trouble that had been anticipated at the division of the Crops. has passed over. Most of Crops were divided without any trouble or dissatisfaction. Has completed the Census of Essex and Middlesex Counties.
