I have the honor to report the following in regard to the Condition of Bureau affairs in this County during the month of November 1866.

Very few complaints have been made to me during the month, and the freedmen are doing as well as can be expected. Most of them are busily engaged in securing their crops of corn which will be devided next month. I anticipate a great deal of trouble when the farmers commence to devide their crops as they intend to deduct for time lost by the freedmen employed by them. And many of them have sat from fifty to sixty days the past year. Where they
